might have experienced before. We do not advocate any forms of deceptive, misleading, or dubious advertising and/or label claims. Nor do we condone
any form of secretive, manipulative, high pressure or hype driven sales tactics.
In contrast, it is our experience that the single most effective sales and marketing philosophy has, and continues to be, one of respectfully
educating people about better choices and then letting them decide for themselves. We recognize and acknowledge that whilst the organics movement is
one of the fastest growing industries in the world, it is still not for everyone.
However, with mounting evidence and media awareness, there are huge numbers of people becoming increasingly concerned about their health and,
these people are now beginning to question the integrity of the products they use and the companies that make them. In addition, there are a growing
number of people who are now looking for a part-time/second income that offers them greater flexibility and time freedom, along with the satisfaction
of being associated with a company that is truly making a positive contribution to the lives of others and the ecology of our planet.

To assist you in reaching this important and growing group of people we currently have the following marketing strategies that are available
for you to implement; either separately, or in conjunction with each other; in whatever combination you like. Please see below.

In this day and age of fast paced living, word of mouth continues to be one of the most effective marketing
techniques around.
In our personal lives, if we like something, we will talk positively about it to others; for example, a favourite restaurant or terrific movie.
Similarly, in developing a part-time business with miessence®, positive word of mouth generates referrals, and referrals generate business.
What could be better than one of your customers mentioning how pleased they were with miessence® to others?

| 2. 100 Newspaper Strategy |

To further aid the promotional efforts of our Representatives, we have developed the "Organic and
Natural Living" newspaper as a valuable tool for educating people about organics, as well as introducing them to the entire ONEgroup
product range.
This strategy involves placing 100 newspapers per month in well-targeted outlets and venues that would then be picked up and read by people
passing by. Because there is a space for your contact details on the back, they can then contact you for more information, meaning that that all
your leads are automatically pre-qualified.
Cost: $420 per year or approx. $45 per month |

| 3. Public Talks/Group Meetings |

 |
These might be held in conjunction with, or supported by, your sponsor as you learn the business and then
later with those you have sponsored. Public talks have shown consistent returns for those who organise them. In fact, historically, 20% of
people who attend these talks have become Representatives and it is not unusual that a further 30% become Preferred Customers.
Cost: Can include Venue Hire, Equipment hire, advertising and maybe basic refreshments on the night. |

Advertising mediums could range from your local newspaper and letterbox leaflets, right through to glossy
magazines and professional direct mail campaigns. Where and how you choose to advertise will depend on your budget and your target audience.
Please remember that whatever advertising medium you choose, it is a requirement that all ads must be approved by ONEgroup prior to
publication.
Cost: Depends on when, where and how frequently you wish to advertise, which can easily range from $50 to $5000 per
campaign. |

| 5. Stalls/Expos/Retail Outlets* |

 |
ONEgroup also has a strategy for their Representatives to promote the miessence® products in stalls at
markets and expo's and also in Retail outlets. There is a process for assigning retail outlets before they are approached(Please note:conditions
apply in regard to Retail so please speak to your Sponsor for more details). Representatives are free approach Markets and Expos however please
be courteous and respectful when other ONEgroup Independent Representatives are already attending the event. Exclusivity at an event will need
to be arranged with the Market or Expo organiser.
Cost: Sample products and testers to use, as well as travel costs. Stalls and expos may have costs for hiring space. |

| 6. Professional E-commerce Websites |

If you are serious about including an internet strategy as part of your miessence® business, we are now offering the opportunity for
Representatives to subscribe to their own customised version of the website you are now viewing. This website strategy works very well in
conjunction with other strategies; like the newspaper strategy and word of mouth. Plus, with this strategy you will enjoy the benefits of:

. Having specific customised options on how you would like
the site to be presented.

A MiSpa Party involves demonstrating the products in your home or someone else's home. The Representative receives bonuses for the sale of the products to guests. The person who invites the Representative into their home can earn a Host Gift depending on sales at the party and is also treated to a free pampering session from the Representative organising the MiSpa Party.
The MiSpa Party Strategy has its success because guests get to try the luxurious products before buying, and the host/hostess is also rewarded for it too!

To assist in promoting the use of miessence® certified organics to clients, customers and/or beyond. We offer both traditional direct selling approaches as well more sophisticated and yet simple-to-use strategies that incorporate the latest web technology.
Health and Beauty Professionals join as Independent Representatives to grow their own ONEgroup Enterprise
